Step 1: Rule 1
Wear tops with scoop necks or V-necks to break up the expanse of the chest area which can look very large with high, round necked tops.
Wrap cardigans and dresses are also flattering as they define the waist while seperating the bust so you avoid the 'mono-boob' effect.
Step 2: Rule 2
Stick to tops in one solid colour. Horizontal stripes in particular will just make your chest look bigger.
Step 3: Rule 3
Never wear tops with large prints, pockets on the chest, or big lapels.
Step 4: Rule 4
Wear tops with capped sleeves, long sleeves or three-quarter-length sleeves - sleeveless tops will just draw attention to your upper arms and chest.
